We are proud to create a sense of belonging, where everyone is welcomed and celebrated.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

During the 2023 season, three important wellness initiatives were launched, providing Talassio employees with a means to share their experiences within the company.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n\n

Initiatives are: \u2018\u2019I\u2019m going Beyond\u2019\u2019, \u2018\u2019Happiness Index\u2019\u2019 and \u2018\u2019Eureka!\u201d<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

I\u2019m going Beyond<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

A program created to recognize and reward good actions carried out by individual employees during their work. Recognizing a good action means noticing and acknowledging a kind, positive, and proactive behavior carried out by someone on the staff. The initiative \u2018I\u2019m Going Beyond\u2019 aims to highlight acts of kindness, sensitivity, and empathy that are accomplished with the goal of helping a colleague or a guest; the winners will be chosen during the closing ceremony and will have the opportunity to win an exclusive vacation. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Happiness Index<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

This initiative was born with the aim of making sure that the workplace a positive experience for all employees. \u201cTalassio Happiness Index\u201d is an initiative open to all employees that are invited to respond to a short anonymous survey about the welfare and the state of emotional and professional satisfaction in the workplace. Thanks to the opinions and ideas received, the Talassio group is able to make significant improvements. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Eureka!<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The term \u2018EUREKA\u2019 is derived from the legend of the ancient Greek mathematician Archimedes who, according to the story, exclaimed \u2018EUREKA!\u2019 when he discovered the principle of inertia while immersing himself in a bathtub. In a broader sense, \u2018EUREKA\u2019 has become a way of expressing the feeling of having found something valuable or having obtained a solution that one was seeking. The Talassio group has created a space to collect new ideas and suggestions from all employees. All ideas and proposals are considered and analyzed from both a technical standpoint to evaluate its feasibility, and from a business standpoint to assess its alignment with company objectives. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n

The Talassio world offers various initiatives to ensure greater well-being at work.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
